We are a non-denominational bible based organization that believes in teaching the Gospel of our Lord
Jesus Christ. We welcome all who want to hear the word of God. We believe that we are all children of
God and are brothers and sisters in the eyes of the Lord. We welcome all regardless of race, creed,
national origin or sexual orientation. Our ministry consists of taking the word of God to the elderly and
shut-ins, with a very special emphasis on the youth and how they can enhance their relationship with
Christ.
PURPOSE AND MISSION
It is the purpose and mission of the United Christian Faith Church to represent the body of Christ as
described in the Old and New Testaments, to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ as led by the Holy
Spirit, to bring the unsaved to Jesus Christ; to build up the body in principles of communion and Godly
living, and to strive toward unity in the Body of Christ. Being sovereign and governed by the
commandments of God revealed in the Bible.
1. To proclaim in fullness the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
2. To present salvation unto the lost.
3. To promote, praise and worship God.
4. To teach, edify, lead, guide, disciple, unify, and protect the Body of Christ.
5. To license, and to oversee ministers of the gospel and be their covering.
6. To perpetrate all the above until the return of Christ.
We are an online mobile church, we can hold services anywhere the Lord leads us. One of our favorite places are campgrounds in God's own Natural Cathedral.

1 Samuel 17:1, 19-23, 32-49
The Philistines now mustered their army for battle and camped between Socoh in Judah and Azekah in
Ephes-dammim. Then Goliath, a Philistine champion from Gath, came out of the Philistine ranks to face the
forces of Israel. (Saul and the Israeli army were camped at the valley of Elah.) So David left the sheep with
another shepherd and took off early the next morning with the gifts. He arrived at the outskirts of the camp just
as the Israeli army was leaving for the battlefield with shouts and battle cries. Soon the Israeli and Philistine
forces stood facing each other, army against army. David left his luggage with a baggage officer and hurried
out to the ranks to find his brothers. As he was talking with them, he saw Goliath the giant step out from the
Philistine troops and shout his challenge to the army of Israel. Don't worry about a thing," David told him. "I'll
take care of this Philistine!" "Don't be ridiculous!" Saul replied. "How can a kid like fight with a man like him?
You are only a boy and he has been in the army since he was a boy!" But David persisted. "When I am taking
care of my father's sheep," he said, "and a lion or a bear comes and grabs a lamb from the flock, I go after it
with a club and take the lamb from its mouth. If it turns on me I catch it be the jaw and club it to death. I have
done this to both lions and bears, and I'll do it to this heathen Philistine too, for he has defied the armies of the
living God! The Lord who saved me from the claws and teeth of the lion and the bear will save me from this
Philistine!" Saul finally consented, "All right, go ahead," he said, "and may the Lord be with you!" Then Saul
gave David his own armor - a bronze helmet and a coat of mail. David put it on, strapped the sword over it, and
took a step or two to see what it was like, for he had never worn such things before. "I can hardly move!" he
exclaimed and took them off again. Then he picked up five smooth stones from a stream and put them in his
shepherd's bag and, armed only with his shepherd's staff and sling, started across to Goliath. Goliath walked
out towards David with his shield bearer ahead of him, sneering in contempt at this nice little red cheeked boy!
"Am I a dog," he roared at David, "that you come at me with a stick?" And he cursed David by the names of his
gods. "Come over here and I'll give your flesh to the birds and wild animals," Goliath yelled. David shouted in
reply, "You come to me with a sword and a spear, but I come to you in the name of the Lord of the armies of
heaven and of Israel - the very God whom you have defied. Today the Lord will conquer you and I will kill you
and cut off your head; and then I will give the dead bodies of your men to the birds and wild animals, and the
whole world will know that there is a God in Israel! And Israel will learn that the Lord does not depend on
weapons to fulfill his plans - he works without regard to human means! He will give you to us!" As Goliath
approached, David ran out to meet him and, reaching into his shepherd's bag, took out a stone, hurled it from
his sling, and hit the Philistine in the forehead.
From Paul's 2nd letter to the Corinthians 6:1-13
As God's partners we beg you not to toss aside this marvelous message of God's great kindness. For God
says, "Your cry came to me at a favorable time, when the doors of welcome were wide open. I helped you on a
day when salvation was being offered." Right now God is ready to welcome you. Today he is ready to save
you. We try to live in such a way that no one will ever be offended or kept back from finding the Lord by the way
we act, so that no one can find fault with us and blame it on the Lord. In fact, in everything we do we try to show
that we are true ministers of God. We patiently endure suffering and hardship and trouble of every kind. We
have been beaten, put in jail, faced angry mobs, worked to exhaustion, stayed awake through sleepless nights
of watching, and gone without food. We have proved ourselves to be what we claim by our wholesome lives
and by our understanding of the Gospel and by our patience. We have been kind and truly loving and filled with
the Holy Spirit. We have been truthful, with God's power helping us in all we do. All of the godly man's arsenal
weapons of defense, and weapons of attack - have been ours. We stand true to the Lord whether others honor
us or despise us, whether they criticize us or commend us. We are honest but they call us liars. The world
ignores us, but we are known to God; we live close to death, but here we are, still very much alive. We have
been injured but kept from death. Our hearts ache, but at the same time we have the joy of the Lord. We are
poor, but we give rich spiritual gifts to others. We own nothing, and yet we enjoy everything. Oh, my dear
Corinthian friends! I have told you all my feelings; I love you with all my hears. Any coldness still between us is
not because of any lack of love on my part, but because your love is too small and does not reach out to me
and draw me in. I am telling to you now as if you truly were my very own children. Open your hearts to us!
Return our love.
The Gospel of the Lord according to Mark 4:35-41
.As evening fell, Jesus said to his disciples, "Let's cross to the other side of the lake." So they
took him just as he was and started out, leaving the crowds behind "though other boats
followed). But soon a terrible storm arose. High waves began to break into the boat until it was
nearly full of water and about to sink. Jesus was asleep at the back of the boat with his head on
a cushion. Frantically they wakened him, shouting, "Teacher, don't you even care that we are
all about to drown?" Then he rebuked the wind and said to the sea, "Quiet down!" And the
wind fell, and thee was a great calm! And he asked them, "Why were you so fearful? Don't you
even yet have confidence in me?" And they were filled with awe and said among themselves,
"Who is this man, that even the winds and seas obey him?"

PRAYER REQUESTS Please pray for the following
Please pray for the Smith family in Rapid City, SD as God has seen fit to call Jim home. Pray that God will give the family the strength and understanding as they mourn the loss of Jim and celebrate his life.
Please pray for a man in Huron, SD as he has been diagnosed with terminal cancer, pray for healing and pray that God will give the family strength and understanding.
Please pray for Erica. Her fits of screaming rage are increasing with age and it's becoming harder to redirect her and she is so strong that we can't hold her anymore. We already had to call the police and that seemed to help for about a week with constant reminders of what the officer had warned her about. This is not new behavior for her, just increased severity because she's not so little now. Testing new boundaries, so to speak. We can't allow her to hurt the other children in her fits and prayer is probably the best thing for her and the rest of us.
Pray for the family of Troy Donaghue Lewis as he was called home to be with Jesus this week, pray that God will give them strength, understanding and comfort as they mourn his loss and celebrate his life.
Please for Cody, Daescha and Gauge Johnson, for Cody's safe return from Iraq and thanks for the birth of Gauge, pray that God will watch over them and keep them safe.
Pray for a young man in Minnesota that he is able to find work as he has been laid off from his job. Pray he will be able to continue to support his family.
Please pray for a woman and mom in Omaha, she has left Rehab and the assisted living home and has been allowed to return home. Please pray for continued healing and to give strength and understanding to her family
Please pray for healing for a young man who is about to be married in Omaha Nebraska, The doctors are going to do a biopsy of his Pituitary Gland, please pray that, if it is God's will, that the biopsy comes back benign.
Please pray for healing for a young man in South Dakota, he has just been diagnosed with cancer in his liver. He has a young son and three young daughters. He goes next week for some tests so the doctors and determine how he should be treated. Please pray for healing and for God to give him and his family peace and understanding.
